ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Lenschow Insurance & Financial Services is expanding and we are looking for a motivated, sales-minded professional eager to join us and help grow the customer base that we serve. In this role, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success.

Our goal is to build relationships with them by listening to their situation and offering unique solutions that meet their changing needs. With a focus of continual personal and professional growth, we work hard to provide relevant products and services and assist customers with the insurance process. In this role, you will be acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including home, auto, life and health insurance and financial services.
  • Develop leads, identify customer needs, schedule and conduct appointments and market appropriate products to meet the customers' needs.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and educate customers on different products to meet their changing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions offered
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Strong work ethic 
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life and Health Insurance Licenses. 
REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Must secure Illinois Insurance Producer licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
  • Possess a willingness to initiate contact and generate business opportunities through conversation and building relationships 
  • Must partner with State Farm Agency Support Staff and other team members to best serve all our customers
  • Complete basic insurance training to enable you to handle customer requests, coverage changes, take payments and assist with claim filing-if needed. 



 
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
